Feather Yard Guide aims to make its articles and tools usable by visitors with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target.
Accessibility features
The site is designed with responsive layouts, semantic headings, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, descriptive link labels, and alternative text for meaningful images. Decorative images may be hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
Automated audits cannot confirm full accessibility. We still need complete manual checks of all templates, forms, future tools, and third-party content. We do not claim formal WCAG conformance at this time.
